Subject: K5K, KH6ND/KH5, T32R QSL's and SASE Postage Concerns 

Please forward to all bulletins, newsletters and reflectors: 

K5K QSLs are due from the printer any day and once received, processing 
will begin. 

SASE's for KH6ND/KH5 are being found in the K5K queue and are being 
processed daily.  

T32R QSL's are being printed and are expected soon.  They will be 
processed along with K5K and KH6ND/KH5 direct requests. 

There is no need for concern for the lack of sufficient postage for 
SASE's received before early January.  KRPDXG will answer all SASE's or 
requests which include return postage in one form or another.  We are 
aware many SASE's were sent before the announcement of a US postal 
increase and do not carry the 34 cents or 80 cents amount of postage.  
We do want to thank those who have since forwarded funds or stamps to 
cover the increase.  But we do expect ALL SASE's RECEIVED IN 2001 to 
carry sufficient amounts of return postage in one form or another. 

However, we are receiving many QSL's with postage BUT NO addressed 
envelope, non-US stamps or money from other countries!  Not a good idea, 
we do not have funds to buy envelopes, provide postage, a means to
exchange foreign currency OR MORE IMPORTANT,  TIME TO STOP AND ADDRESS 
ENVELOPES.   It greatly slows the processing. 

All QSL's received without postage will be answered via the bureau but do 
not expect bureau response for some period of time.  They will be 
answered after all direct requests are processed.
